Designed and shipped a modular invoicing system with draft, checkout, reprint, and credit card processing flows. Integrated with inventory logic to enable device sales and support multi-carrier operations.

Digital Wallet & ACH Integration

Implemented digital wallet and ACH capabilities across multiple carrier platforms, increasing payment flexibility and aligning with PCI and FCC compliance requirements.

Self-Service Kiosk Features

Led hardware integration efforts for telecom self-service kiosks, allowing customers to select service plans and make payments directly at the machine. Enabled support for features like bill acceptance and automated payment validation.

Improved an online ordering platform that telecom dealers use to purchase SIM cards and devices. Contributed to user experience upgrades, added support for promotional banner uploads, and enhanced internal tools to make order fulfillment more efficient.
